Refund Policy

At The Dry Eye Studio, we take great care in providing customized, high-quality products tailored to your specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support of our local practice.

No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

At The Dry Eye Studio, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible care. To ensure that we can accommodate all our patients, we ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, a $20 no-show fee will be applied. Additionally, if you arrive late for your appointment, a $20 late fee may be incurred, and you might be seen on a walk-in basis, depending on availability. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we work to maintain an efficient schedule for all patients.

Online Patient Forms Policy

To make your visit as smooth and efficient as possible, The Dry Eye Studio requires all new patients to complete our online patient forms before their appointment. This allows us to prepare in advance, ensuring that your time with us is well-spent. Please note that not completing these forms beforehand may lead to longer wait times. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide prompt and personalized care.

SMS Texting Policy

Text messaging is our preferred and primary form of communication. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to receive automated marketing and informational SMS text messages from Eye Studio. These messages may include appointment reminders, payment reminders, and other information related to your account or services with us. The frequency of these messages will vary depending on the purpose but in no case will you receive more than 10 per month.
